We consolidate the activities of both large and small date producers throughout the Middle-East and North Africa by combining quality control, marketing, sales, and export activities with outstanding customer service and reliability to offer our partners the highest quality premium dates and dates derivative products.

  • Mazafati.

The Mazafati Date is a dark, soft, fleshy and sweet date of medium size, with a relatively high moisture content. It is grown in the region of southern Iran, mainly in Bam, Jiroft, Kahnuj (in Kerman province), and Saravan, Nikshahr, Haji Abad and Iranshahr (in Sistan-o-Baluchestan province).

  • Piarom.

The Piarom Date is a large, thin skin, black-brown date that is widely considered the most delicious of all semi-dry date varieties in the World. It is also know as the Chocolate Date because of unique taste and shape.

  • Zahedi

The Zahedi Date, while relatively small sized, is a delicious and meaty fruit with relatively hard and shiny yellow to brown skin, and significantly less sweetness as compared to the alternative date varieties.

  • Kabkaab

Kabkaab Dates are nectarous and soft dates that are usually used in food production and bakeries. The coloring of this variety is black and brown. It is grown mainly in Fars Province of Iran. The moisture of this variety of dates is typically under 18%.

  • Sukari

Sukari Dates are beautiful, succulent, soft, golden dates with caramel-like flavor. They are cultivated in Al Qaseem region of Saudi Arabia.

  • Medjool

Medjool dates are deep amber-brown and have slightly wrinkled skin that shines from natural sugar crystals. Bite into one, and your teeth sink into satisfyingly sticky flesh that tastes of creamy caramel, hints of wild honey, and a trace of cinnamon. Native to Morocco, Medjool dates are now grown in warm regions of the United States, the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa.

  • Kaluteh

The Kaluteh Date is a fresh date, very similar to the Mazafati date in taste, texture, and size. Kaluteh dates are produced in the south-eastern province of Kerman in Iran.

  • Sayer

The Sayer Date or esta’maran date is the most abundant date species in Iran and accounts for 65% of Persian dates. They are considered semi-dried with a unique sweet taste, generally oval and sometimes rectangular shape.

  • Shahani

Shahani dates are golden-yellow to light-brown with moisture under 25%. These dates are cultivated in the Fars province of Iran and are ideal for producing syrup and paste.

  • Goldate Syrup

Date syrup is delightfully sweet and delicious and carries most of the health benefits of the whole date. A wonderful way to add natural sweetness to your products and replace refined sugars.

  • Goldate Sugar

Made of granulated dried dates, date sugar is comprised of the whole fruit, containing the fiber and antioxidants found in dates. Packed with a delightful caramel flavour, it is a superior replacement for refined sugar in baking and cooking.

  • Goldate Paste

Date paste is widely used in a variety of food products such as sauces and chutneys. At home, whisk it into salad dressings to help emulsify and add a touch of sweetness. Swirl it into your morning oatmeal, sweeten a smoothie, add it to stews or sauces that need a bit of sweetness.
